Responsibilities:

- Inventory Management: They use computer systems to create stock lists and labels, order items, and handle deliveries.
- Sales: MCAs sell over-the-counter medicines and address customer inquiries in person or over the phone.
- Medication Preparation: They pre-pack, assemble, label, and prepare medicines.
